From Physics to Branding: My journey has been one of transformation, resilience, and a passion for connection. Growing up in a small town on Georgian Bay, Ontario, I dreamed of a career in science, earning a B.Sc. in Physics and nearly completing a master’s degree. But life had other plans. A junior marketing role at 3M Canada ignited my love for creativity, strategy, and building meaningful relationships. Over the years, I climbed the corporate ladder, earned national awards, and discovered my true calling: helping others shine. In 2020, I founded Rolling Sands Consulting to empower women-led, service-based businesses with clear, cohesive branding strategies. Through my signature program, Step UP & Stand OUT, I help leaders overcome burnout, communicate their value, and achieve growth with confidence. Clients complete the program equipped with a Brand Playbook that saves time, streamlines marketing, and ensures focus in every step forward. My journey proves we can redefine our paths, and my mission is to help others embrace theirs with confidence and purpose.
